Shipping policy

At Pure Performance Physio, we take care to ensure your orders are packaged and dispatched to the highest standard.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Most orders are handled within 3–4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during busy periods, holiday seasons, or unforeseen events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All deliveries are made via registered courier and may require a signature unless you have provided authority to leave.

Taxes & Duties
Orders delivered within Australia will have the applicable GST automatically applied at checkout. Customers are responsible for any other duties, taxes, or import fees for orders shipped outside Australia.

Delivery of Goods
All goods are dispatched from our facility. Pure Performance Physio will arrange a freight company to deliver to the purchaser’s nominated address unless otherwise agreed.
Freight charges are calculated and payable at checkout. These costs are additional to the price of the goods.

The purchaser is responsible for checking and signing for the number of cartons upon delivery. Please notify us immediately via email if any cartons are damaged or missing.

Bulky or Fragile Items
Some items may require specialist handling and may take longer to deliver. Direct shipment to third parties is at our discretion.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode. We deliver to most postcodes across Australia.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store. For special arrangements, please contact us at info@pureperformancephysio.com.au 

Store Pickup
Click & Collect may be available from our facility. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@pureperformancephysio.com.au within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve your claim. We aim to respond within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
