Precision Fit
$479.95
The Precision Fit is ideal for those spending considerable time on the bike, training with a goal in mind, or suffering any form of discomfort on the bike.
The average Precision Fit involves:
• An off-the-bike discussion about injury history on and off the bike, cycling history, cycling goals, and expectations from the Precision Fit
• Existing bike measurements are recorded
• A physiotherapist-led mobility assessment to identify any potential restrictions or limitations that will affect your setup on the bike
• Addressing shoe/cleat setup based on foot anatomy and lower limb biomechanics
• The Precision Fit Cyclefit/Computrainer system to refine position using motion capture and a complete power analysis
• 15 key coordinates measured and recorded from the “ideal” position on the Precision Fit machine and transferred to the existing bike
• A report is built with images from the bike-fit software, key measurements pre/post and ideal, as well as an exercise plan to improve identified deficits or cycling inefficiencies
Precision Fit (2 Bikes)
$649.95
The Precision Fit (2 Bikes) is designed for riders who train or race across more than one bike and want consistent performance and comfort on both. It includes the full Precision Fit process applied to each bike, ensuring your position is optimised no matter which setup you’re riding.
The average Precision Fit (2 Bikes) involves:
• A detailed discussion about injury history, cycling background, current goals, and expectations from the fit
• Recording of existing measurements for both bikes
• A physiotherapist-led mobility assessment to identify restrictions or limitations affecting your setup
• Shoe and cleat assessment tailored to your foot anatomy and lower limb biomechanics
• Use of the Precision Fit Cyclefit/Computrainer system to refine your position with motion capture and complete power analysis
• Transfer of 15 key coordinates from your “ideal” position onto each of your bikes, ensuring consistent fit across both
• A comprehensive report with images from the fit software, pre/post measurements, and an exercise plan to improve deficits or cycling inefficiencies
Classic Bike Fit
$269.95
The Classic Bike Fit is ideal for road cyclists, mountain bikers and hybrid bike riders who are new to cycling, or just those riding for recreation or fitness that want reassurance they are in the most comfortable and safest position to reduce the risk of injury.
The Classic Fit takes approximately 60 minutes. The fit is done on your own bike with a stationary trainer and includes:
- Basic Interview re: history, goals and objectives
- Lumbopelvic mobility assessment
- Shoe/Pedal/cleat set up
- Seat height adjustment
- Reach adjustment
The Classic Fit is not designed to address any discomfort, pain or injuries on the bike. To provide an appropriate assessment and management plan for your symptoms you would require a Precision Fit.
This fit does not cover the cost of any parts (stem/cleats/shims) required to get you to the best fit.
NB: For TT or Triathlon bikes, you will require a Precision Fit given the complexity of the Aero bars/extensions and pads.
Pre-Purchase Bike Sizing
$479.95
This service includes the full Precision Fit process, combined with expert guidance on selecting your next bike.
We assess frame sizing, geometry, and key components such as stem length, bar width, and crank length to ensure your new bike fits perfectly from day one.
Our goal is to help you invest in a setup that matches your body and riding style.
Gebiomized Saddle Pressure Mapping
Using industry-leading technology, we measure pressure distribution across your saddle to identify the most comfortable and efficient sitting position.
This helps resolve discomfort, prevent injury, and guide the choice of saddle best suited to your needs.
Motion Capture Dynamic Analysis
With real-time 3D motion capture, we analyse how your body moves on the bike.
This dynamic assessment provides insight into your biomechanics, helping to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of overuse injuries while unlocking your full performance potential.
